1) Platform & Listings

Gold Star Auctions publishes auction information and redirects users to our live auction platform for registration, bidding, and checkout. Lot descriptions are provided in good faith. Photos and descriptions are intended to help bidders evaluate lots; minor variations may occur.

2) Bidding & Buyer Responsibilities

Bidders are responsible for reviewing descriptions, photos, and terms before bidding. All bids are binding. Payment and shipping/collection requirements are defined within the auction platform’s checkout flow and auction terms.

3) Authenticity & Condition

We screen consignments and aim for clear, accurate descriptions. However, collectibles can vary and grading is subjective. If you have questions about a lot, contact us before bidding.

4) Consignments

Consignment intake is subject to acceptance. Consignors must have the right to sell the items submitted and must disclose any known issues. Settlement is issued after buyer payment clears and the transaction is confirmed per the auction terms.

5) Prohibited Items

Counterfeit, stolen, or restricted goods are not accepted. We reserve the right to remove any listing or reject any consignment at our discretion.

6) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gold Star Auctions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in auctions.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website and services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
